The Twelve Oaks HOA Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, December 4, at 10 AM at Church at Red River. Their address is:

We will also post on FaceBook and place signs at the neighborhood entrance and exit.
We encourage all Twelve Oaks homeowners to join our working, volunteer HOA Board. You may announce your request to join, or be nominated, via email to hoa@twelve-oaks.com or during the meeting. Board Members are voted on by all residents present (or via proxy). If you are unable to attend and would like to allow a proxy vote, we will email those forms in the next 2 weeks.
Additionally, Santa photos will also take place on 12/11 from 8:30 am-11:30 am. The Board will be sending out a SignUpGenius email shortly with slots of 5-minute intervals for that 4-hour window. Details will be included in this later email.
