The Twelve Oaks Homeowners Association has been established to facilitate the maintenance of the gated entry and the common areas of the community. More importantly, the Association serves as the medium for the organization and planning of community events for the benefit of all the residents.
Having the Association conveniently online provides our residents with the opportunity to share ideas and information; get news and announcements; access important association documents and utilize the member directory.
The Twelve Oaks Homeowners Association, with its online presence, will grow with the addition of each new homeowner, and will assure that the standards and values of the entire neighborhood remain strong for years to come.
Simply click register to access our association’s Web site services now. When registering, you will be prompted to enter a password. The password is case sensitive and available by email from gatehouse management.
If you are new to the community, be sure to complete the new member information and forward to gatehouse staff.

Gatehouse Hours: As Needed
The Clubhouse and Pool may be Rented/Reserved by Residents of Twelve Oaks ONLY. If not a Resident, you must have a Resident sponsor you and make the reservation for you.
The Clubhouse is available for reservations 9:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday through Sunday.
The Pool is available for reservations 9:00 am to 9:00 pm on Mondays ONLY during Pool Season.
Please check community calendar to make sure your dates and times are available. 2 hours minimum required between reservations.

Clubhouse / Pool Reservations are made by checking the Community Calendar for available dates and then filling out a Clubhouse Rental Form (See Tab Below).

$ 60.00 (an hour) – Groups of less than 26 people
$ 80.00 (an hour) – Groups of 26 – 50 people
Clubhouse w/ Private Pool Mondays Only
Must Hire a minimum of 2 HOA Approved Lifeguards, for no less than 2 Hours at a rate of $15 an Hour (each). Residents pay the guards directly.
A Pool Waiver must be filled out for each guest that may use the Swimming Pools. Print out the Pool Waiver below, fill it out and turn it into the Staff when you arrive at the Clubhouse with your Guest(s).

Permit Required for D.J. / Live Music
If you are renting the Clubhouse / Pool and you plan on having a D.J. or a Live Band, you must apply for a Loudspeaker Amplification Permit from the City of Shreveport ($10.00 Fee). Open the “Loudspeaker Amplification Permit”, print it out, fill it out and take it to the City of Shreveport Engineering & Environmental Services office located at:

If you are going to have a D.J. or a Live Band during your rental time of the Clubhouse and Pool you MUST have the signed permit IN HAND before you will be allowed to pick up the Clubhouse keys.
Pergola Party and table reservation
Homeowners can now reserve a table under the pergolas to host poolside gatherings for up to 10 people. The rate is $50.00 for 2 hours. There is a $150.00 deposit required and the Clubhouse Manager will make arrangements to hold the tables for your group. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to ensure all guests act in accordance with the rules and regulations of the clubhouse and pool area.
The pergola party reserves the tables and chairs for your guests. Although your guests can be non-residents, pergola parties do not supercede usage rights to any specific area of the pool or clubhouse for residents.
If members of the group fail to act in accordance with the rules and regulations, interfere with the normal use of the pool or clubhouse for residents, or are otherwise disruptive to residents, the homeowner may have clubhouse and pool privledges suspended.
